Good deal on a hardtail

Yeah returns were easy enough when I had an issue with a helmet. For a bike, I'd imagine it needs to be unused and in original packaging, but they're usually pretty reasonable.

They do offer assembly, but it's usually for local pickup or delivery within their area. For shipped bikes, it usually arrives mostly assembled but you'll need to do some final tweaks yourself.

My bike came mostly together, just needed to attach the pedals and straighten the handlebars. They have guides, I think, but if you're not confident, a local bike shop could probably help for a small fee.
